You’ve got 100 days to explore and if you don’t like Your Thing, you can send it back and get store credit to try something else.

Register Your Thing - 12-MONTH WARRANTIES
We offer a 12-month guarantee on all of our devices. If your personal massager runs out of steam before you do, it’s time to talk to us.
Your Thing products are of the highest quality and come with a 1-year worldwide manufacturing warranty. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days after the original purchase date to qualify for a full refund. If you wish to return the product, please keep in mind the product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received them and be returned in the original packaging.
This device is intended for adults only. Your Thing warrants are for a period of ONE (1) YEAR, after the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. If you discover a defect and notify us during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, replace the device free of charge.
Claiming on the 1-Year Warranty requires proof of purchase from a Your Thing Authorized shop within the warranty period. This should be returned with the product if it is discovered faulty, and once the fault is confirmed we will replace the product free of charge. If you purchased your product online, we already have your proof of purchase on file.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used.
Opened pleasure objects may only be returned under warranty ONLY if they are malfunctioning.
The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the personal massager. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.
Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return.
Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges.
